Manon is a CEO and a mother of three. She is a dreamer, a believer, and an agent of change. Women’s issues are her passion, and it is with this mindset that she created Inkwell, an innovative startup that matches accomplished professionals with companies that need top talent.
As a student at Brooklyn Law School, Manon interned at the District Attorney’s Office of New York in the Sex Crimes Unit. In 2011, she was recognized by the U.S. State Department for assisting victims of forced marriage and spent five years as Executive Director and General Counsel of the AHA Foundation. She served as Assistant Counsel in Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s Office of Criminal Justice, developing the city’s first anti-human-trafficking policy. Manon runs Inkwell from from her home base in Connecticut where she raises her three children with husband Alex DeFelice.
